The standard processing time for a custom order is approximately 3-5 business days, in addition to transit time. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday through Sunday) will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Please note that if a holiday falls on a Monday, shipments will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Custom-made items, including wrapped chocolates and personalized packaging, may require additional processing time. Larger orders typically require 15-20 business days to prepare.
For smaller shipments weighing between 11 and 33 lbs, we utilize UPS. To ensure product quality, we use insulating materials and gel packs when necessary to protect items from temperature fluctuations and potential damage during transit.
For Larger shipments, we work with certified refrigerated trucking companies. These orders are securely placed on plastic or wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped to ensure safe and stable transportation.
