Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

Due to the customized nature of our products (including custom-wrapped chocolates), we are unable to offer refunds or replacements unless:

  • The issue is a result of an error on our part, or
  • The damage occurred during shipping and is the responsibility of the carrier

In such cases, please contact us promptly so we can assist you with a replacement, refund, or exchange.

All shipments are covered by damage protection insurance. If a claim is necessary, it must be processed through the shipping carrier.

In the Event of Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to transit or mishandling:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged boxes and products.
  • Retain all packaging materials.
  • An insurance inspector may be required to review and document the damage before a claim can be completed.
